16年前，當(dāng)我懷揣著中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位證，卻干起了廢紙貿(mào)易時(shí)，被孤傲儒生的爸爸狠批了一頓。然而，奇特的是，今天，“廢紙”同“中國(guó)首富”這兩個(gè)看似相隔千里的詞匯卻集中在了一個(gè)自然人主體上。

　　作為美國(guó)廢紙進(jìn)口中國(guó)的第一單成功貿(mào)易的操作者，我，現(xiàn)在已是自慚形穢，深嘆不如?。?/p>

　　獲大成者，唯勇猛之人，這在中國(guó)是個(gè)顛撲不破的真理！

　　之所以我打開了美國(guó)廢紙進(jìn)口中國(guó)的貿(mào)易之門，并為此考察了美國(guó)廢紙市場(chǎng)，而回國(guó)后慘遭嫉妒的同事暗算，又因此棄中國(guó)包裝總公司這個(gè)"耀眼"的國(guó)企而單干，皆因年輕而氣盛、短視而魯莽,因此這次赴美考察并與嫉妒同事的吵架便成為了我的滑鐵盧戰(zhàn)役!為此,我從法盲變成了律師。

　　當(dāng)時(shí)是“反對(duì)資產(chǎn)階級(jí)自由化”和“6.4”事件結(jié)束不久，剛剛研究生畢業(yè)的我，雖一心想從商，卻抓不住機(jī)會(huì)......

　　之所以美國(guó)廢紙進(jìn)口貿(mào)易難做，就是因?yàn)槊绹?guó)的廢報(bào)紙、廢雜志上豐富多彩的內(nèi)容，與當(dāng)時(shí)中國(guó)的現(xiàn)狀格格不入。因而，進(jìn)口來(lái)的廢紙公安局都要監(jiān)管。其實(shí)，正是這些內(nèi)容和中國(guó)尚達(dá)不到的紙的高檔質(zhì)量，給中國(guó)廢紙進(jìn)口貿(mào)易商們帶來(lái)了巨大的商機(jī)。

　　當(dāng)年，我做的是廢報(bào)紙廢雜志的進(jìn)口，當(dāng)然，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)將報(bào)紙和雜志分成兩類了。當(dāng)我看到那些所謂“廢的”報(bào)紙雜志時(shí)，我驚呆了，這哪里是廢的呀，明明是鋼鋼的新么!其實(shí)，我當(dāng)時(shí)就想過，如果對(duì)這些雜志略做處理的話，按新雜志賣，定會(huì)市場(chǎng)無(wú)限的。

　　美國(guó)的廢紙?jiān)谥袊?guó)有市場(chǎng)，是因?yàn)橹袊?guó)的造紙業(yè)原料都是用原木木材的，因而，東北大小興安嶺繁茂的森林已殘至暮年。中國(guó)貧瘠的木材原料已無(wú)法滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的紙業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求，唯有用再生資源代替。

　　美國(guó)廢紙的質(zhì)量幾乎是全球最好的，出漿率最高的。

　　美國(guó)政府和行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)也十分重視廢紙的監(jiān)管，這主要包括美國(guó)ISRI行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)制定的《美國(guó)廢紙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，其中描述了各種廢紙的規(guī)格指標(biāo)，摻雜物指標(biāo)及用途。在中國(guó)的行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)還是哼哼呀呀的官僚機(jī)構(gòu)的年代（90年），美國(guó)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)能有如此專業(yè)性規(guī)定，這令中國(guó)貿(mào)易商和造紙廠不得不肅然起敬，這也是90年以后，越來(lái)越多的美國(guó)廢紙大量進(jìn)口中國(guó)的原因之一。

　　中國(guó)的首富，因?yàn)樯砼R其境，了解中國(guó)造紙廠的需求，又抓住了美國(guó)廢紙剛剛開始大量進(jìn)口中國(guó)的良機(jī)而成就了今天，中國(guó)的造紙廠又以紙漿的價(jià)格比較廢紙的價(jià)格，因而，這之間的價(jià)差就成為了貿(mào)易商的收入。首富與廢紙的聯(lián)系，不能不感謝中國(guó)的機(jī)會(huì)主義！

Why Achieved China‘s No1 Richest Woman by America‘s Waste Paper?

16 years ago, I was criticized deeply by my overbearing scholar father when I engaged in my waster paper import trade with Master Degree in Economics of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in my pocket. However, it is very peculiar, today, that the two words—“Waster Paper” and “The China‘s No1 Richest”— seem to have no connection, but focus on the same body of natural person.

As the operator of the first successful trading in America‘s waste paper imported to China, now I feel ashamed and deep sigh better!

Been great, but the brave people, this is an irrefutable truth in China

The reason that I opened the door of America‘s waste paper imported to China, and inspected America‘s waste paper market, and gave up  working in a shinning state-owned enterprise--China Packing Corporation because of the plot of my envious colleagues after return, was young and spirited, short-sighted and reckless. So that this trip to America and argue battle against my envious colleagues become my “Battle Waterloo”! Therefore, I become a lawyer from an ignoramus of law.

Why America‘s imported waste paper trade is difficult is that the rich and varied content in America‘s waste newspapers and waste magazines is incompatible with the current situation in China at that time. Thus, the import of waste paper must be supervised and regulated by Public Security Bureau of China. In fact, it is these elements and the high quality which Chinese paper still fail to come up to, that bring tremendous opportunities to Chinese import-traders of waste paper.

That time, what I imported is waste newspapers and waste magazines from America. Certainly, waste newspapers and waste magazines are different area. When I saw the so-called "waste" newspapers and magazines, I was amazed. Absolutely, they are very new but not waste .In fact, at that time, I thought if the strategy of these magazines do deal with the case, according to the new magazine, there will be unlimited market.

In China, that America‘s waste paper can share market, is because the raw materials in the paper industry are used from logs of wood, Thus, in Northeast, the lush forests of Daxing‘a(chǎn)nling and Xiaoxing‘a(chǎn)nling have become Disabled and old age. China barren wood raw materials have failed to meet the growing demand of paper market, but instead of using renewable resources.

America‘s waste paper is almost the best quality all over the word, and pulp out of the maximum rate.

American government and industry associations also attach great importance to waste regulation .ISRI enacted the "American standard paper" which describes the various indicators of waste paper, adulterant indexes and use. As the industry associations in China still hum bureaucratic babble of the 1990s , American industry associations have such professional provision, that make Chinese traders and mills feel humbled  . This is one of the reasons that more and more America‘s waste paper is imported to China in large quantities after 1990s.

Chinese No1 richest can make success today, because she Understood the needs of Chinese paper mills personally on the scene, and seized the opportunity when China just begun to import large quantities of America‘s waste paper.Compared the prices of the paper pulp with the prices of waste paper by China‘s paper mills, Consequently, the traders obtain their profits from price difference .The relationship between No1 richest and the waste paper, must be thanks for opportunism of China!
